Prices are listed in SA Rand and are subject to change. All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards via secure payment through website. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your account and credit card or other payment method.
6. Order Processing and Delivery
Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders are processed 5-7 workdays and shipped via courier service to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on prints due to damage during shipping. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original package material with photos provided of the damage when received. To initiate a return, contact sonja@sonpics.co.za with photo proof of damages that occurred during shipping. Replacement items will be shipped to the address a provided during the purchase process.
